Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discreet, in-person visits to assigned locations
- Interact with staff and experience services as a typical customer
- Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and adherence to procedures
- Accurately observe and document your experience
- Submit detailed, timely reports following each visit
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Access to a smartphone or computer for report submission
- Excellent written communication skills
