Fuze HR is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. This role combines team leadership, warehouse operations, inventory management, delivery coordination, and customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch and warehouse operations, including inventory, orders, invoicing, and deliveries.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 4–7 employees.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, performance, and employee development.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and operational reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with sales representatives, drivers, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and branch operations.
- Assist with warehouse or customer-service duties when needed.
- Maintain company procedures and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic spreadsheet tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable balancing management responsibilities with hands-on operations.
- Flexible to accommodate occasional early starts and Saturday work.
Experience in building materials, wholesale distribution, warehousing, flooring, cabinetry, lumber, or a similar industry is an asset but not required. Spanish-speaking ability is also an asset but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$80,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
